New Functional Fitness Class

Functional Fitness takes place every Thursday morning at 7am. The class is is for early risers that want an energetic start to their day. You will use your body weight and a series of unorthodox apparatus to challenge your muscular endurance. The routines will improve your respiratory fitness whilst improving both muscular strength and muscle tone. a particular emphasis is placed on the importance of building core strength and developing both your agility and flexibility.
