Classes. With so many benefits of exercising in a group we have classes suitable for any goal and ability.

Whether you are a hesitant first timer, looking to get fitter and learn a new skill, or want to push the body to the limit, we have something for you. We currently offer over 40 classes a week between our Main Studio, Studio 2, Spin Studio and the Combat Zone in Portishead. In Chepstow we run over 20 classes a week in our Studio and Spin area. We cater for all ages, genders, levels and abilities. We are very passionate about the benefits of group exercise and encourage classes to be a part of all our members weekly training schedules whatever their goal. What makes us different is the experience and passion of our instructors. We insist on keeping things varied and always take the extra step to make sure participants aren’t lost in class numbers.

Booking in advance is required for ALL Spin, Active Yoga, Pilates* Classes & Morning Flow Yoga* ( *starting February )

Active Yoga sessions bookings open from 6am on Mondays for all classes.

Pilates bookings in Portishead will open at 6am on Friday mornings.

Morning Flow Yoga will open at 6am Monday mornings.

Spin sessions booking –

Mon – Fri

Evening classes  – Booking opens 6am

Morning classes – Booking opens 6am day prior to class.

Saturday class – Booking opens 6am Friday

Sunday class – Booking opens 8am  Saturday
