An intense workout incorporating strength training with cardiovascular work. With a strong focus on technique in lifting weights and improving fitness levels with the assault bikes and ski ergs.

A class focusing on isolating the gluten and quads. Looking to improve your lower body strength and build your glue muscles then this is a great starting point.
