We also offer a ‘pay as you go’ option for those people who use the gym or classes on an adhoc basis (please note: this will not be economical should you use the facilities more than 5 times per month)

The Fitness Hub SW Ltd Data Policy

By joining as a member of The Fitness Hub Southwest Ltd you consent that we keep your membership details on file for the duration of your membership.

Your data will NOT be shared with any third parties. The data is kept for Health and Safety purposes and membership management.

Membership paperwork and electronic data is destroyed within 3 months of membership termination.

if you do not consent to the above then we have PAYG options available to all our customers.

All paper copies of contracts are stored in locked filing cabinets in a locked office. Keys to the cabinets are managed by senior staff.

All electronic membership records are password protected. Passwords are changed regularly.

Paperwork and electronic membership files are destroyed within 6 months of a terminated membership. You can request this be destroyed within 4 weeks of membership termination.

All CCTV footage in the gym is deleted on a monthly basis.

All Pay as you go data is kept on file for 12 months. You can ask for this to be destroyed.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Physical Goods – The Fitness Hub SW Ltd only provides top quality products and we hope that all goods sold to you will meet with your approval. If however you are dissatisfied with anything that you receive from us, for any reason, we would ask you to contact us immediately, normally within 24hours, in order to discuss the problem.

Faulty Goods – If any goods sold by the Fitness Hub SW Ltd are faulty or in any way unfit for purpose, or damaged in transit prior to delivery, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours. Then return the items to us, in their original packaging, within 7 days. We will then organise replacement or refund as requested.

Physical Goods – You may cancel your order with us at any time prior to dispatch with the exception of personalised items. If you do not wish to keep any of your purchases from The Fitness Hub SW Ltd, you may return them to us within 7 days, in an unused condition, in their original packaging and we will provide a refund. In such cases of personalised items where there is no defect or damage to the goods, we are not able to refund your postage costs. We also reserve the right to withhold a proportion of the costs.

Membership cancellations – Our cancellation policy is provided within the paperwork provided at the time on joining. All cancellation requests are required to be made via email to membership@hubgyms.com for further confirmation. No other form of cancellation is accepted.
