Ian Scammell – UKDFBA UK Championships October 2016

Ian Scammell  - my lead up to the UKDFBA UK Championships 2016 I am Ian Scammell a competitive natural bodybuilder and I am currently training for 2016 UKDFBA (United kingdom drug free bodybuilding association) UK championships on October 16th in the Masters category, to which I am the current champion.
