Our story

The Hub brand prides itself on being a gym where everyone feels comfortable and confident in their surroundings. Our staff are committed to providing a warm, welcome and professional service to all our members. We offer group fitness classes from WOD, AMRAP and Spin. The main gym boasts a wide variety of kit including a weights area, cardio, olympic weight lifting equipment and Assault bikes. Our team are passionate about the work we do, and strive to provide the best possible experience for your training sessions.
