CLASSES.

WITH SO MANY BENEFITS OF EXERCISING IN A GROUP WE HAVE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ANY GOAL AND ABILITY.

Whether you are a hesitant first timer, looking to get fitter and learn a new skill, or want to push the body to the limit, we have something for you. We currently offer over 40 classes a week between our Main Studio, Studio 2, Spin Studio and the Combat Zone in Portishead. In Chepstow we run over 20 classes a week in our Studio and Spin area. We cater for all ages, genders, levels and abilities.

We are very passionate about the benefits of group exercise and encourage classes to be a part of all our members weekly training schedules whatever their goal. What makes us different is the experience and passion of our instructors. We insist on keeping things varied and always take the extra step to make sure participants aren’t lost in class numbers.

WEIGHTED PUMP

Get lean, toned and fit in this barbell class. It will challenge all of your major muscle groups, giving you a full body workout every time. This class will teach you about strength training and the correct movements to burn fat and build muscle. Get ready to sweat!

Broken down into sets this class will focus solely on those biceps, triceps and shoulders. Not confident with dumbbells and barbells but looking to tone and sculpt then add this into your weekly routine to expand your knowledge and shape up.

Be put through your paces in this Circuit class. With a combination of bodyweight, functional training and strength- this class incorporates a variety of kit such as prowlers, kettlebells, dumbbells, rings, tyres and plyometric boxes. Work at your own pace and get pushed to your limits.

A class which includes a mixture of functional exercises and the traditional toning favourites. In this class you can expect to achieve tone and core strength all within working within your own limits and at your own pace.

Strongman / Strongwoman – This session will build strength using functional equipment such as the prowlers, tyres and sled. Push yourself to your limit in this strength and power class.
