At hub. everybody’s gym, we believe in keeping things simple. Many gyms offer endless membership options in an attempt to suit numerous different scenarios and circumstances. We prefer to keep things consistent and concentrate on providing excellent value in a few simple plans available to everyone. We have a variety of memberships to suit your individual needs.
We currently offer standard membership plans which provide access to the gym and use of Hub classes featured on the timetable at any time during our opening hours. We provide monthly members with a FREE initial induction in which we are able make sure you are comfortable with the cardio equipment and gym layout. To get the most out of your membership we can offer you a very reasonably priced PT session to help you develop a customised programme to fit with individual goals as well as provide ongoing advice. These plans can be reviewed and revisited as you progress, to ensure you are always improving, learning and challenging yourself. We NEVER charge joining fees.

Under 18’s must have a parent to set up the Direct Debit.
All of the above membership options are paid on a monthly basis in advance by direct debit. NO joining fee is applied.
We pride ourselves on listening to member and guest feedback and therefore from time to time we do offer seasonal and varying membership options.

The Fitness Hub SW Ltd Data Policy
By joining as a member of The Fitness Hub Southwest Ltd you consent that we keep your membership details on file for the duration of your membership.
Your data will NOT be shared with any third parties. The data is kept for Health and Safety purposes and membership management.
Membership paperwork and electronic data is destroyed within 3 months of membership termination.
if you do not consent to the above then we have PAYG options available to all our customers.
All paper copies of contracts are stored in locked filing cabinets in a locked office. Keys to the cabinets are managed by senior staff.
All electronic membership records are password protected. Passwords are changed regularly.
Paperwork and electronic membership files are destroyed within 6 months of a terminated membership. You can request this be destroyed within 4 weeks of membership termination.
All CCTV footage in the gym is deleted on a monthly basis.
All Pay as you go data is kept on file for 12 months. You can ask for this to be destroyed.

Membership cancellations – Our cancellation policy is provided within the paperwork provided at the time on joining. All cancellation requests are required to be made via email
to email@example.com for further confirmation. No other form of cancellation is accepted.
